My company has been providing tax and accounting services in the San Francisco bay area since 1985.  I work   with individuals and small businesses to plan and structure transactions to minimize taxes while achieving other long-term financial goals.  I enjoy working with a diverse group of clients and hope to provide a little sanity to a complex and often frustrating subject.

Education includes a Masters in Taxation from Golden Gate University as well as an undergraduate degree in accounting from San Jose State.  View Resume

The Website

There is so much tax and financial  information available on the internet that it can be overwhelming.  This website is a compilation of information addressing frequently asked questions and client concerns as well as updates on new tax legislation and most importantly, questions that I think should be asked but often are not.  Most of the information is in the form of links to other websites rather than my own content which I believe takes advantage of expert knowledge on various subjects and exposes the web user to the wealth of information available on other websites should he/she decide to dig further into the links.  I have tried several versions of the tax and financial calculators and have included those that seemed to give the most consistent results with a minimum of advertising and product bias.  It is useful to experiment with various scenarios but WrightCPA clients should always contact me before making any important tax decisions!  Let me know if you would like to see additional topics included on the website.
